Three cheers! I love being "summer Megan." I have time to just be :) You'll notice the amount of pictures ...Here are some pictures from my life recently...
Week of May 21

bingo game we played at Rachel's wedding shower (we wrote down gifts we thought they'd receive and then we got to cover a space if she opened that item). Rachel is my brother's fiance :)
notice we have a red, purple, red, purple pattern. Sheesh. You would have thought a kindergarten teacher planned that. Jen, Rachel, Megan, and me
The "Fuhrman women" with Rachel: me, Rachel, Jen, my mom (behind me), my Aunt Lisa, Aunt Dianna, cousins Gretchen and Heidi
I made this paper bag book for my teacher aide i had this year for one of my students. She loved it!
THe kids all wrote something and I put their picture in there.

Some of my girls on the last day with their "Friday Hair" (fun hair-do)
Week of May 28
So up until Saturday I kept my pizza baking stone in the broiler drawer underneath the oven. No more. We were baking egg rolls to go with dinner and all of a sudden there are flames and black smoke spewing from the oven ("spewing" could be a bit of an exaggeration...but it was definitely not good). Since we live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building I didn't want to be responsible for the whole building burning down so we called 911. Two fire trucks, six firemen, and ten minutes later, there was (of course!) no fire. Evidentally the baking stone had some grease on it from last use (I thought those things were supposed to be seasoned) and that is what had caught fire. We felt a little silly but the firemen assured us they had just eaten dinner and they didn't really have anything better to do:) One of them asked if cooking class had gone wrong :) Anyway, you'll see that Jen used her imagination and put the charred egg rolls to good use later in the evening.

My sister had an accident
my sister is hilarious, right?
We went to English Landing Park in Parkville on Sunday and had a picnic. One of my alltime favorites! Bob is super crazy good at frisbee.
Jen doing some exploring
a semi-candid pose (BOb looks mad but he likes to do this in pictures to be funny)
Jen picked up a new guy at Dillards.
We went to the zoo on Monday with my friend Katie and her husband and kids. They're super awesome parents! Their girls are so much fun! Dave (Katie's husband) told Bob to start praying for boys now (notice they have 4 girls).
Week of June 4
chocolate pudding with raspberries
pepper lime chicken, cilantro rice, and homemade guacamole
my herb garden! (dill, basil, cilantro, rosemary, and sage)
love Gerbera daisies! Hopefully the next post won't be so stinkin long!

I love the paper bag book...so cool! Your sister is such a dork...I was hoping my girls would be out of the potty humor stage by 20, but my hope is waning.
