gratitude list:: #704-765

Finally reading Ann VosKamp's One Thousand Gifts (starting a new book after school has started...that's preposterous!) and I ran across this in the book that really spoke my heart:

"And blind eyes see: It's this sleuthing for the glory that shows a life gloriously...Giving thanks for one thousand things is ultimately an invitation to slow time down with weight of full attention. In this space of time and sphere, I am attentive, aware, accepting the whole of the moment, weighing it down with me all there."
